Jaguars

 (Sirens top+pants/Vintage bag+heels/Front & Company necklace)
I apologize for such long absence my lovess; I've been enjoying this town and the great people within it, as I'll be leaving them in just  a couple of months.

I've grown to hate skinny pants because after the second wear, they are not skinny anymore! So, when I found these flowy bottoms while at work, I thought it would be a good change. They are fully made out of rayon which means they insulate your body heat so you can wear throughout the warmer months, keeping you cool and comfy. They are pretty much fancy pijama pants...with zippers on the sides (which you can't see).
Enough bout the pants. Lets talk about these 80's heels:
I've walked six hours with them...that pretty much says it all.

Carmensita

(Sirens dress + belt, Vintage bag, Forever 21 Mary Janes, Greek + Second-hand bracelets)
Ever since we started packing for the big move to Lima, things have been displaced from their normal site, which is the reason why I wasn't able to find my camera until just a few days ago.

I have worn this dress once, ever since I bought it yesterday, and I already feel like I am going to wear it everyday just because it is so unbelievably comfortable and versatile. Also, another thing that I have been wearing non-stop, is these shoes that for those who have followed me way back to the "lealikesfashion" years  you might have already noticed that I have worn them in almost every single outfit post ever since I purchased them three years ago.

Hope you all have had a great month so far!

Spring!

(Vintage blouse+bag+belt+necklace/Now is Style skirt/Sirens wedges)
This skirt from Now is Style is one of the most unique pieces in my wardrobe because it is literally a abstract work of art. I love the bubble shape and the texture of the fabric too because it is furry aswell as extremely soft.

For the many who have asked me if these Lady Gaga-esque shoes are wearable...yes, yes they are, they are even more wearable than many of the ones I have with heels on. They do not only serves as shoes to walk in but they also make a great room decoration.

Perdida

 (H&M pants+jacket/Vintage hat+blouse+shoes+sunglasses)
A lot of massive changes are happening this following months. I am moving back to Lima in July so I have been feeling rather 'chaotic' lately, as well as lost. While my friends are starting university next year, I am starting this year instead because in Peru you can begin your post-secondary-studies when you are just 16 years old. I didn't know that till January, so that idea still feels surreal to me.I've been told my whole life that I will be graduating when I'm eighteen, then boom all of a sudden my future changes and I have to decide what career I will take by the next six months. While thinking about this, I also realized I need a change in myself and my life. I feel as if I haven't been able to express myself fully, especially in this blog. I want to post a variety of content in this little diary of mine which will increase once I start my new life in the big city.

Hope all of you are having a grrreat week!

Lights Will Guide You Home

(Vintage coat + bag + sunglasses/ Forever 21 Mary Janes / Aldo tights/ Vero Moda dress)
If I had the chance to travel back in time I would go to the 1920's. Ever since I was a kid I loved the music, art, and fashion from that era. It wasn't until last year that I started collecting garments inspired by this time and slowly incorporating them in my daily outfits. An example is the heels from the previous post, that I found in a second-hand store for only seven dollars. Seven dollars! I still don't know if they are actually from then !
Anyways a week ago I went to Winners where I found this flapper-like-dress from Vero Moda that I immediately fell in love with. It's one of those things in your wardrobe that can be literally be worn a thousand different ways. I decided to modernize it a bit here with my favourite sunglasses and these Mary Janes from Forever 21.
